Examples for InnerWorld

Running simple examples

You find some very simple examples in folder samples/tutorial. Each of this samples contains one acyclic graph for mesh creation. After starting InnerWorld you can load the '.iw' file from the script window using the load button.

Rendering complete examples scenes

More sophisticated samples can be downloaded form innerworld.sourceforge.net.   innerworld-samples-0.0.?.tgz. Each of this example consist of a .blend file and a .iw file. The .blend file stores light source, materials and additional geometric information. To get these examples running on your own box please follow these steps:

  • Start Blender.
  • Load .blend example file.
  • If not already done add the 'Python scripts' path to blenders 'File Path' options.
  • Start plug-in InnerWorld.
  • Load the .iw file from the same folder as you load the .blend file.
  • Press the 1:1 button. To reduce download size the meshes are stored in low poly. By pressing the 1:1 all meshes are recalculated.
  • For some scenes with object placement you have to change the quota button to 1000 duplicated objects.
